Finally automated my lead follow-ups and I'm kicking myself for not doing this sooner

Real estate agent here. Was spending like 2-3 hours every morning just responding to Zillow leads with the same damn messages. Set up OpenClaw last week to handle initial responses and holy shit. It reads the inquiry, pulls relevant listing info, and sends a personalized response within minutes. Already got 3 clients who said they went with me because I "responded so fast." lmao if only they knew

OpenClaw + Telegram is actually insane for inbox zero

I work at a startup and get ~150 emails/day. Been using OpenClaw connected to Telegram for a week now. Every morning it sends me a summary: "3 urgent from investors, 12 need response today, 47 FYI only, rest is noise." Then I can reply to emails BY REPLYING TO TELEGRAM MESSAGES. My co-founder thought I hired an assistant lol. Costs me about $0.80/day in API. Worth every penny.

Charged a client $2000 for "research" that OpenClaw did in 20 minutes

Before you come at me - I reviewed everything and added my own analysis. But the initial research that used to take me a full day? Fed it the brief, told it what to look for, and it came back with a structured report with sources. I spent the rest of the day actually THINKING about the strategy instead of googling. This is what AI should be - handling the grunt work so humans can do human stuff.

ADHD + OpenClaw = actually getting things done??

ok so hear me out. i have adhd and my biggest problem is starting tasks. set up openclaw to ping me on discord every morning with "here are your 3 most important tasks today, which one are you starting?" and it KEEPS ASKING until i pick one. then it checks in every hour. sounds annoying but it's literally the external accountability my brain needs. been more productive this week than the whole last month combined. not even exaggerating.

Success Stories

just spent 10 hours trying to set up openclaw myself before giving up and paying someone $99 to do it in 45 minutes on a zoom call

my time is mass not worth saving $99. lesson learned.

(it's working great now tho, using it to draft all my client proposals)

small business owner hack:

openclaw + whatsapp = 24/7 customer support that actually understands context

had a customer message at 2am asking about return policy, openclaw handled it perfectly, even found their order and initiated the return

i woke up to a 5-star review about our "amazing support team" 😭

content creator math:

before openclaw: 2 blog posts/week
after openclaw: 6 blog posts/week

it doesn't write them for me (that would be soulless). it does research, creates outlines, finds sources, and suggests angles i wouldn't have thought of

i still write every word. but i start at 60% instead of 0%

using openclaw to manage my research paper reading queue and i'm genuinely shocked

it reads papers, extracts key findings, flags methodology issues, and tells me which ones are actually worth my time

went from 3 papers/week to 15 papers/week

academia is not ready for this

What Will You Build?

These are regular people who figured out how to make AI work for them. The only difference? They got OpenClaw running.
