The short version: We collect only what's needed to provide our service. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web.

  • Name and email address (via Calendly)
  • Payment information (via Gumroad - we don't store card details)
  • Scheduling preferences

During Setup Sessions

  • Screen recordings (if you opt in - for your reference)
  • Technical details about your system (to help with setup)
  • Notes about your configuration (to provide support)

On This Website

  • Basic analytics (page views, not personal data)
  • No cookies for tracking
  • No third-party advertising trackers

How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and conduct your setup session
  • To provide post-session support
  • To send important updates about your booking
  • To improve our services

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

  • Calendly - Scheduling (their privacy policy applies)
  • Gumroad - Payments (their privacy policy applies)
  • Zoom - Video calls (their privacy policy applies)
  • Vercel Analytics - Basic page view analytics (no personal data collected)

Your API Keys and Credentials

During setup sessions, we may see your API keys temporarily on screen share. We:

  • Never store or record your API keys
  • Never access your accounts after the session
  • Recommend you rotate keys if you're concerned

Data Retention

  • Booking records: Kept for accounting purposes
  • Support notes: Deleted after your support period ends (or upon request)
  • Session recordings: Only kept if you request them, deleted after 30 days

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
