By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

SetupMyClaw provides AI automation setup services, including but not limited to:

7-Day Trial: A guided trial period where we set up AI automation on our servers for you to test
Setup Calls: Live video sessions where we configure AI tools on your devices
Custom Workflows: Bespoke automation solutions tailored to your business needs
Add-on Services: Follow-up calls, team onboarding, and server migration

We are not affiliated with OpenClaw, Anthropic, Claude, or any AI provider. We are an independent service provider specializing in setup and configuration.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Gumroad, a trusted third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. However, you will always see the final price before completing your purchase.

One-Time Fees: Setup calls and custom workflows are one-time payments. You will not be automatically charged again.

4. Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

If we cannot get your AI setup working as described, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.

7-Day Trial: Trial fees are non-refundable once the setup call has been completed, as server resources and time have been allocated. However, if we fail to deliver a working setup, you will receive a full refund.

Setup Calls: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Custom Workflows: Due to the bespoke nature of these services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We work with you until you're satisfied or provide a partial refund if we cannot meet your requirements.

5. AI Credits & Third-Party Services

AI Credits: Some services include AI usage credits (e.g., $5 credit with the 7-Day Trial). These credits are for AI API usage and are subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive usage may result in service suspension.

Third-Party APIs: Our services rely on third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic's Claude). We are not responsible for changes to their pricing, availability, or terms of service.

Cost Responsibility: For setups on your own servers/accounts, you are responsible for any API costs incurred after the setup call. We configure cost limits as part of our setup, but you are ultimately responsible for monitoring your usage.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information
Be available for scheduled calls at the agreed time
Have the necessary accounts and access ready before the call (we send a preparation checklist)
Use the AI services we set up in compliance with applicable laws and the AI provider's terms
Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
Keep your API keys and credentials secure

7. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim any ownership over content you create using the AI tools we set up.

Our Content: Our website content, guides, and documentation are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Custom Workflows: Custom configurations we create for you are yours to use. However, we may use anonymized versions of workflows as templates for other clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetupMyClaw shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Any damages resulting from third-party AI service outages or changes
Security breaches resulting from your failure to follow our security recommendations
Costs incurred from AI API usage beyond what was explicitly included in your purchase

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
